Number Re-routing

Some businesses, for example helplines staffed from various different locations, require an additional level of flexibility with their Non-Geographic Numbers, and so we are able to provide you with online access to the number via a user name and password, so that you can alter the destination number as you require. If you do not have internet access, we can also arrange an automated redirection service via telephone. Your Account Manager will also be on call should you prefer the redirection to be carried out for you, or contact one of our advisors on 0870 444 0 888.

Disaster Recovery

In the event that you can’t gain access to your company’s premises, we are able to move all your NGN’s to a different location within half an hour (dependant upon the number of NGN’s you have). We have access to the on-line routing modification site and are able to change the translation numbers of your NGN’s to numbers specified by you. Your Account Manager will also provide you with an out-of-hours emergency number for 24/7 peace of mind.
