If you do not have internet access, we can also arrange an automated redirection service via telephone. Disaster Recovery In the event that you can’t gain access to your company’s premises, we are able to move all your NGN’s to a different location within half an hour (dependant upon the number of NGN’s you have). We have access to the on-line routing modification site and are able to change the translation numbers of your NGN’s to numbers specified by you. Your Account Manager will also provide you with an out-of-hours emergency number for 24/7 peace of mind. |
